              Do you want to invest in real estate in the CSRA but don’t know where to start? Do you want to flip a house or buy a rental property and make a great rate of return on your money?  What if I told you that the time, resources and stress that it takes to buy, renovate, sell and repeat can be exhausting and frustrating, even when its going well. It is also the most capital-intensive investment that exists in real estate.  In order for our company to buy and renovate so many homes, we have to inject a large amount of money into these projects.  How do we do this?  We have some amazing investors in this area and across the country that invest not only in this great real estate market that we have here in the CSRA, but they invest in us, our product and our vision.
            We are seeking additional investors at this time to invest in our projects.  The chances are if you are reading this, you have friends on your social media or people that you know that have invested with us and made an excellent rate of return. We have an extensive reference list of local people from lawyers, doctors, investors, real estate agents and people like you and I that have money to invest.  These investments are mostly short-term, usually 6 months or less and are very creative and attractive for investors.  All investments are secured and backed and executed in an attorney’s office.  The creativity of the investment is that your money will be assigned to a project.  You can track that project on our social media, by riding by the house, touching it, and even scheduling a walk-through of the property with us.  That’s a very tangible and physical investment that you can watch grow.
