This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom ranch had a total overhaul. On the exterior we added a new roof, new windows, new doors, a new deck and added piers to the foundation. Inside, we opened up the main living areas to give the home a nice airy feel complete with beautiful refinished hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen is decked out with custom soft-close cabinetry, a beautiful marble subway backsplash, quartz countertops and brand-new stainless-steel appliances. The massive laundry room is conveniently located off the kitchen. The master bathroom features an expanded footprint for dual sinks and a large walk in shower, while the master bedroom got expanded closet space by stealing a closet from the room next door! The guest bathroom was also gutted and beautifully designed with glass subway tile for the tub surround and penny tile for the flooring.
