Yes, we decided to flip the house directly across the street! This house was in such disrepair that we were a little worried to tackle it, but we had seen such great results with the home directly across from it that we had to go for it! The focus on this project was to transform the exterior of the home as well as open the floor plan up and give the new homeowner a massive kitchen and island for this size house. It turned out great!
